DLC 1：《玛雅与大哥伦比亚包》。此包内含2个新文明和2位新领袖、1个新游戏模式*、新城邦、新资源及新自然奇观。2020年5月发布。

DLC 3：内含2个新文明和2位新领袖、1个新游戏模式**、新世界奇观及1个新地图。2020年9月发布。
DLC 4：内含1个新文明和1位新领袖、1个新游戏模式、新城邦及大量新伟人。2020年11月发布。
DLC 5：内含1个新文明和2位新领袖***、1个新游戏模式、1个新区域及2个新建筑。2021年1月发布。
DLC 6：内含1个新文明和1位新领袖、1个新游戏模式、新世界奇观及1个新地图。2021年3月发布。
